Mash.ie went under a major upgrade on 15th January. Since then some users have reported one or two issues, which we are trying to resolve. Please see if your problem is listed here and follow the steps
I can't log in
Some users have reported that when they try to log in, they are getting an error message similar to the one pictured. The reason for this error is that when the site went through its upgrade, if you were logged in, your browser is getting confused between the two versions of the site. Luckily there’s an easy fix.
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, select Settings and maybe More Settings if it’s there.
- Select Privacy and security. Third-party cookies.
- Select See all site data and permissions.
- At the top right, search for Mash.ie.
- To the right of the site, select Delete every in there.
- To confirm, select Delete.
