It’s Children’s Hospice Week!

As a primary school teacher, you can get your pupils involved in the events by taking part in a range of activities. Here are our top ideas for teaching your pupils about Children’s Hospice Week:

1. Create a poster: get your pupils to create a poster that marks Children’s Hospice Week. They can get creative and come up with their own designs, or if you prefer, they can use a template.

2. Make a donation: encourage your pupils to make a donation to a children’s hospice charity. If you don’t have time to fundraise, you can still donate a small amount of money as a class.

3. Write a story: get your pupils to write a story about a child who is being helped by a children’s hospice. This will help them to understand the importance of the work that is being done by the charity.
